We had a truly magical time celebrating World Book Day. Our classrooms were full of wonderful costumes as favourite storybook characters came to life for the day.
We also took part in a whole-school costume parade and loved seeing so many fantastic characters from books across the school. There was great excitement when the Infants spotted their 6th class buddies in their brilliant outfits.
We enjoyed some cosy DEAR time (Drop Everything and Read), where everyone took a moment to relax and dive into a story. World Book Day reminds us how special books are, encouraging us all to open a book, spark our imaginations, and grow our love of reading.
