As we have moved into the month of May, the children in Junior and Senior Infants have been learning about the importance of Mary and why she is remembered in a special way during this time of year. Through integrating Art and Religion, the children created a lovely May Altar in the classroom and designed colourful stained glass windows inspired by Mary.
The children really enjoyed these thoughtful activities, which helped to deepen their understanding of the significance of May within our school community 🙏🏼
