On Pancake Tuesday, our school was filled with the wonderful smell of freshly cooked pancakes and the sound of happy students.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Niamh for preparing and cooking the delicious pancakes.
A special thank you also to Susan for her hard work and organisation throughout the day. Thanks to her efforts, everyone was served smoothly and efficiently, with a fantastic selection of sweet and savoury toppings to choose from. There was something for everyone, and the smiles on students’ faces said it all. Thank you to pupils from Rang a Sè for helped with serving and tidying.
We are very grateful for Niamh and Susan’s kindness and willingness to give their time to make Pancake Tuesday such a success. Their hard work helped create a warm, joyful atmosphere, we are all prepared to start our Lenten Journeys.
